I don't know for certain what this song is, but Beck registered a song with this title in the ASCAP copyright database. It is possible it could be related to "Ye Midnight Stars," which references a tourniquet in the lyrics.

Also to note, Beck copyrighted it as spelled "tournequit" which is not the correct spelling of "tourniquet."
