"NYC: 73-78" is the name of the track Beck did for the Phillip Glass remix project coming out in fall 2012. The remix project was Beck's idea, and coordinated by him. His track is 21 minutes long.

(I did some brief looking, and did not find a song by this name in a Phillip Glass discography, so I am unsure as yet the story behind this.)
