The song can be found on a demo tape of Beck's early band, Loser. Loser was a band with Steve Hanft, who I think is singing the lead vocals here.
This sludgy grunge song has somewhat incomprehensible vocals--they're mixed low, and screamed. It sounds like he could be saying "back of my hand" a bunch of times, so that is the unofficial title we are using here.
