The Song:

This is a song written by Steve Hanft and performed with Beck. The version by the two of them is on a tape called "The Sasquatch Sessions" (which nobody has, including us). I believe for this tape they were performing as Liquor Cabinet, but it's also possible it was their band Loser.

Slimey would later be rerecorded by a Beck-less Liquor Cabinet and released on a KXLU 7" single. Beck is thanked on this release, but does not perform on it.
